DaLou's is a labor of love for the husband and wife team of Dale Hanson & Lois Stensvad.

Lois is a lifelong resident of the Chequamagon Bay area. Trained as an artist with a deep love for baking. Lois has worked for over thirty years in the hospitality business

Dale is a transplant from the "cities" who has spent the better part of thirty years honing his culinary skills.

Our dream together was to open a simple, affordable place with warm service and high quality food. DaLou's was born of that dream. From pizzas, hand formed then topped with vine ripe tomato and wisconsin cheeses baked in our wood fired oven to artisan gelatos and pastries made from scratch using the finest ingredients,locally. DaLou's is truly a unique neighborhood bistro.Come in and enjoy.
